Tara: I thought I trained you to negotiate a little better than that.....People will assume you are willing to negotiate, by stating that you are telegraphing the best you think you can do is 200k but would likely take less.... Boy how soon we forget. :0) You have to promise you are not moving far.

LOL! Point taken. We won't move far. The plan is to stay in Bako. We will let you know of our progress. And anyone reading the telegraph should ignore the previous comment from my beloved mentor!!!!!
